HIPAA Non-Applicability
Verdira Holdings, LLC is a management services organization. The Company is neither a "covered entity" nor a "business associate" as defined under HIPAA (45 CFR Parts 160 and 164). Information collected through this Website relates solely to business and practice operations and does not include individually identifiable health information or protected health information ("PHI"). Do not submit any patient-identifiable health information through this Website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist in SMS delivery, who are contractually bound to protect your information.

Multi-Portal Data Processing
Physician Portal (physicians.verdira.com) collects practice financial and operational information, physician credentials, practice valuation data, and confidential business communications. Access requires authentication and data may be subject to additional confidentiality agreements.
Investor Deal Room (deals.verdira.com) collects investor accreditation information, financial qualification data, investment communications, and identity verification. Data is subject to enhanced security controls including encryption, access logging, and restricted permissions.
Data Sharing Between Portals: We do not combine personal information collected through different portals for unrelated purposes. Physician Portal data is not shared with Deal Room users, and vice versa, except as necessary for a specific authorized transaction.
Data Retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. Specific retention periods by data category:
Website visitor data (cookies, analytics, IP addresses): 13 months from collection
Contact form submissions: 24 months from submission
Physician practice data (financials, operations): Duration of relationship plus 7 years
Investor/Deal Room data: Duration of relationship plus 7 years
Communication records (email, chat): 3 years from last communication
Financial calculator usage: 13 months identifiable; aggregated data retained indefinitely
Marketing/email subscriptions: Until unsubscribe plus 30 days; suppression list maintained indefinitely
Account credentials (portal logins): Duration of account plus 2 years
If necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest.
Security of Your Personal Information
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
Although we will do our best to protect the personal information you provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and no one can guarantee absolute data security.
You are responsible for selecting any password and its overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.

Google Analytics (GA4) — Website analytics. Collects anonymized IP addresses, device/browser information, pages visited, time on site, referral sources. Uses first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_[container-id]) with duration up to 2 years.
Framer — Website hosting and analytics. Processes IP addresses, page views, basic analytics data.
Cloudflare — Website security and performance. Processes IP addresses, HTTP request data, threat intelligence. May set cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance).
Vbout — Marketing automation. Collects email addresses, names, engagement data (opens, clicks, page visits), form submissions, and behavioral tracking.
Mailgun — Email delivery. Processes email addresses, delivery metadata, and engagement data.
International Transfers of Personal Information
The personal information we collect is stored and/or processed in the United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates, and third-party providers maintain facilities.
